This version stores your original sources unchanged. It does not invent results, alter experiments, fabricate references, or generate thesis content.

Formatting first

The formatting engine is not enabled yet. Content preservation checks and review of uncertain structure are planned for that next stage.

Extraction needs verification

PDF and scanned inputs are currently stored as original files. Future OCR output will need verification against those originals, especially scientific symbols, formulas, and values.
